Our client is a classy intimate boutique nestled in the heart of Durbanville, offering a curated selection of intimate wear and accessories who is seeking a mature and articulate individual to join their team as a Shop Assitant. The ideal candidate must be comfortable promoting and discussing intimate clothing and accesories with professionalism. This role requires excellent communication skills and fluency in both English and Afrikaans. Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons, assisting with inquiries and purchases in a courteous manner. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including arranging merchandise displays. Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting regular stock checks. Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system. Uphold the boutique's standards of confidentiality and discretion when handling intimate products and customer information. Actively participate in training sessions to stay informed about product offerings and sales techniques. Minimum of a Matric or High School Diploma. Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Afrikaans. Previous retail experience preferred, particularly in a boutique or upscale environment. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends (Monday - Thursday 10:00 to 19:00, Friday and Saturday 10:00 to 22:00, may work in shifts). Mature and professional demeanor with the ability to engage customers in a friendly and approachable manner. Comfortable discussing and promoting intimate clothing and items with sensitivity and discretion. Well-presented with a keen eye for detail.
