STARTING DATE: 01 October 2024
REPORTS to: Managing Director
TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS:
- Tuesday to Sunday 08:30 - 18:00 including meal breaks
- CLOSED on Mondays & Select Public Holidays
- Must be flexible and adaptable - hospitality

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Matric (Grade 12) / Senior National Certificate
- Degree in Business Administration / Business Management - OR,
- Diploma in Hospitality - OR,
- Somatology / Health & Skin Care / Cosmetology related diploma - BONUS
- ITEC / CIDESCO / CIBTAC / City & Guilds / SAAHSP or similar internationally accredited qualification - BONUS
- Degree in Somatology - BONUS
- Medical Degree / Certification - BONUS
- Dermal Aesthetic Diploma - BONUS
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE DESIRED:
- Experience in a senior management capacity of 5-star hotel & spa
- Experience in a luxury medical spa or medical facility
- Cruise Ship Managerial experience - advantageous
- Previous experience working with VIP, Celebrity or Royals
- Clinic / Health Resort or Aesthetic Spa Manager experience - advantageous
- Proven track of profitable business operations
- Expertly dressed & professionally groomed
- Business orientated
- Strong team leader
- Hospitality experience is required
- Flexible with hours - able to put in the time when operationally required
- Lead a team of hospitality & aesthetic professionals with confidence and care
- Ability to forecast
- Fluent in English
- International employment experience highly advantageous
