As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all operations and functions of the branch, ensuring efficient and effective management. In this role, you will lead a team of employees, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure exceptional performance and productivity. You will be responsible for achieving branch targets, managing budgets, and implementing strategies to drive growth and profitability. Additionally, you will maintain relationships with key stakeholders and ensure excellent customer service. Responsibilities: Oversee all operations and functions of the branch Lead, motivate, and develop a team of employees Implement strategies to achieve branch targets and objectives Manage budgets, expenses, and financial performance Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence Monitor market trends and competitor activities Provide reports and updates to senior management Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role Proven leadership and management skills Strong business acumen and financial understanding Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders Proactive and results-oriented mindset Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines Knowledge of the industry and market trends Benefits Salary: Market Related Training & Development Paid Time Off (PTO) (if applicable) Contact Hire Resolve for your next career-changing move.
