Our client in Douglas is recruiting for a Branch Manager to ensure continuity, growth and profitability of the Store through the management of costs and the maximization of sales turnover and returns.

Minimum requirements:
- Grade 12
- Management experience in the tyre retail industry will be an advantage
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English

Duties will include:
- Oversee and co-ordinate all operations of the branch
- Hiring staff
- Schedule staff work and activities
- Provide instructions, motivate and direct staff to meet the company's objectives
- Monitor and measure how staff undertakes their responsibilities and how well executed
- Building rapport with customers and the community
- Create and implement strategies to improve productivity and sales performance to achieve the financial targets of the branch
Remuneration:
Basic: R20 000 - R 25 000 CTC + Commission
Company contribution to pension fund and medical aid
Working hours:
Monday - Friday: 08:00 - 17:00
Saturday: 08:00 - 12:00
