Our client is looking for a Branch Manager to join their team. Cultivate and sustain exceptional management skills, particularly in customer relations, sales, and administration. Organise, coordinate, and control staff functionalities to ensure consistent and high-quality service is provided to customers. Ensure that a high standard of performance is executed by each staff member in accordance with their agreed functionalities. Ensure branch sales targets are met and strive to exceed them. Maintain and update the branch's customer database regularly. Create reports on customer inactivity and follow up with the relevant sales personnel to re-engage inactive customers. Motivate sales personnel to provide superior sales and technical support to clients. Ensure staff are enrolled in appropriate training courses to enhance their skills and knowledge. Gain comprehensive knowledge of the products sold by the company and be willing to undergo training on their usage, applications, and integration. Report on slow-moving stock and minimise redundant stock within the branch. Ensure stores and stock control are well-managed, maintaining adequate stock levels to meet normal usage and ensuring deliveries meet promised schedules. Keep stock shrinkage to a minimum and address any supply shortages or discrepancies promptly. Ensure the timely opening and closing of the branch each day. Maintain a professional level in all aspects of branch operations, including tidiness, displays, stock management, and staff presentation. Become proficient with the company's administrative systems to generate necessary paperwork, including credits, GRVs, delivery notes, and management reports. Arrange bi-monthly branch meetings with all branch employees, setting the agenda at your discretion. Provide monthly reports to relevant management, detailing branch performance and operations. Proven experience in branch management or a similar role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent customer service and relationship management abilities. Proficient in sales and administration. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills. Ability to motivate and train staff effectively. Knowledge of stock management and control. Apply Now
