An exciting opportunity has presented itself for the ideal candidate to take their career to even greater heights A market leader within the Electronics industry with a range of over 70 000 products are currently looking for a suitable Branch Manager for their Durban branch. The purpose of the role is to ensure that the branch and retail store runs smoothly while optimising profits. Directs and drives the day-to-day operations of the branch Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service Drive store sales Ensure products and displays are merchanised effectively Manage various Sales Representatives both internal and external and measure KPI's Conduct regular performance meetings with individuals within the branch Develop strategies to optimize sales force performance Proven working experience within a sales management role Experience in mentoring, training and guiding a high performance sales team Degree in Sales/Marketing/Business or similar Electrical/electronic product knowledge is highly advantageous R 700 000 CTC Per Annum (Dependent on Experience)
