At In Vision Marketing, we’re seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our expanding sales team dedicated to our well-established client. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and motivated to contribute to business growth. Roles and responsibilities: Actively selling, processing, and managing work orders on behalf of client accounts. Developing and cross-selling existing accounts with new products. Prospecting and converting new business through personal efforts. Resolving issues within a standard workflow. Pitching the retainer model to suitable clients. Ideal candidate: Ability to think creatively when faced with problems, with a solution-oriented mindset. Understanding of fundamental sales processes. Identifying complex problems, reviewing information to develop and assess options, and implementing effective solutions. Self-motivated with strong time management skills. Ability to listen and comprehend client information, translating it into briefs for the creative studio.
