Qualifications Experience Required: Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role. Automotive retail experience is essential; motorcycle experience is advantageous. Strong commercial acumen in the automotive industry. Proficient in profit/loss analysis and business finance. Job Description: Direct reporting to the Managing Director. Oversight of dealer networks across Africa. Spearheading business development initiatives. Crafting client growth strategies. Managing and nurturing client relationships. Developing tailored value propositions for clients. Pricing management responsibilities. Collaborating closely with local product teams to drive revenue growth. Ensuring effective sales plans for aging stock. Designing and implementing training programs. Aligning marketing and sales strategies. Developing comprehensive business plans. Expanding brand presence across Africa. Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Supporting overall customer experience enhancements. Assisting in budgeting and forecasting planning.
