If you answered yes, then this may be the career opportunity for you Grade 12 with a relevant completed Marketing or Brand qualification Over 4 years' experience in a similar Marketing role. Experience within the retail environment is preferred Fashion or styling experience is preferred Brand Marketing Strategy experience preferred A solid understanding of core marketing principles High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word, powerpoint and Outlook Advanced communication (written and verbal), organizational, and problem-solving skills Strong interpersonal skills, including effective presentation and listening skills Process and deadline driven Manage a team of creative people; Develop and implement a marketing strategy in line with company strategy; Set and manage department budgets; Develop and implement brand communication strategy; Manage the creative process and the implementation of communication; Brief and roll out ATL & BTL activities; Assist with digital and social strategies; Brief and interpret research to deliver customer insights for the business; Stay abreast of marketing trends and competitors; Manage and roll out credit marketing strategy; Manage and roll out loyalty marketing strategy; Report on monthly advertising performance; Present to business and customers; Have a flair for styling fashion looks; Plan and execute New Store Openings; Brief and manage Media partners for campaign and execute; Manage and develop all timelines of all brand campaigns; Brief and Manage PR externally; Manage and roll out of Club marketing
