Big player in the QSR sector has a great opportunity for a Brand Manager to join the team, reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer Tertiary Marketing education would be an advantage. Min of 5 - 7 years in a Brand Manager position in the Retail or QSR (Quick Service Restuarant indistry) essential. Essential knowledge of consumer behaviour, marketing analytics, branding and content creation. In-depth understanding of marketing strategies and branding principles. Project Management experience. Basic knowledge of budgets and allocation of line items. Comfortable with CRM Software Strong research and analytical skills. Willing to work over weekend if necessary Detailed description In-depth understanding of marketing strategies and branding principles. Excellent communication and writing skills. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills. Project management experience. Conducting market research. Analysing data for trends, insights, and information. Advising internal teams on branding strategy. Communicating with marketing team to ensure brand alignment. Business savvy. Ability to multitask. Strong research and analytical skills. Comfort with CRM software. Essential knowledge of consumer behaviour, marketing analytics, branding, content creation. Analytical Mind-Set: Need to have a knack for analysing data as it helps gauge the competition, identify opportunities, and understand consumer behaviour Interpreting data and using it to implement new strategies can enhance performance and drive growth. Developing custom marketing and advertising strategies Building relationships with influencers, journalists and media owners where not already in place and necessary Conducting meetings with service providers and franchisees Developing custom marketing and advertising strategies Basic knowledge of budgets and allocation of line items Team player and working collectively to meet brand objectives as well as engaging with other departments Willing to work over weekend if necessary for activations and brand presence.
