Join one of the leading skincare establishments as their Brand Manager based in Cape Town. Build awareness of the skincare brand, placing them in a premium positin in the cosmetic skincare industry whilst communicating and establishing interactions with consumers. Responsibilities Establish objective and strategy to improve the brands position in the cosmetic industry Identify trends and consumer behaviours and insights to build opportunities Assist and contribute to brand documentation that will achieve stakeholder engagement Budget and analytics management Manage brand activity and projects Provide updates to various distributor teams Manage marketing collateral to aid in building the brand Create and manage marchandise and products so that they constantly align with the brand activities Work with digital partners and assist with various digital channels Report back on market and stay on track with brand admin activities Stay on point with brand whilst adhering to company policies and rules Requirements 5 to 7 years of consumer marketing experience Minimum of 3 years in a brand management role Relevant degree or qualification in related field Knowledge and experience within a cosmetic/beauty/skincare brand Excellent written written and verbal communication Proficient in MS Office tools Attention to detail and well-presented Detail-orientated Self-starter Strong at building key relationships
