Our client in the Motor Industry, requires the services a Brand Representative who is passionate about cars to join their team. Key performance areas: Build and maintain strong relationships through personalised interactions, follow-ups, and exceptional customer service. Represent the company at events and networking functions. Drive sales and revenue growth through strategic prospecting and marketing initiatives. Overall coordination of service delivery for existing and new clients in Hermanus and surrounding areas. Develop and implement effective prospecting and sales strategies to generate leads and expand our luxury client base. Proactively network and engage with potential clients, industry influencers, and key stakeholders to generate leads and foster business partnerships. The successful candidate must have: Matric with a relevant Diploma / Advanced Certificate Proven experience in customer relations or sales role, with a track record of achieving high levels of customer satisfaction. Must have a network of high-net-worth individuals in surrounding areas Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of luxury car brands and services Must understand the luxury market and up to date knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Must have a desire to help customers Must have strong sales and negotiation abilities Must have the ability to work well in a team environment Excellent computer literacy (MS Office – Outlook, Word & Excel) Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills Must have a valid driver's licence, a clean driving record and own reliable transport Please note that only short listed candidates will be contacted.
