Brander/Junior Designer - South Africa
As a Brander, the applicant will hold a vital role in the branch sales generation. With such a position, the applicant will be responsible for a variety of products and service offerings. The applicant will be expected to give a friendly prompt service to all customers; to use your own initiative, generating adequate sales leads and committing to a prompt and professional service delivery to our clients at all times. Responsibilities are the following, but not limited to: - Making sure the front office, workspace and branding room are neat and tidy - Assisting customers with queries and orders promptly - Taking in customer briefs and preparing artwork for approval - Ensuring all deadlines and quality standards are met and customers are communicated with regularly through the process - Operating and maintaining the necessary machinery - Have a can-do approach and willingness to learn - Phoning customers and sms on Bulk SMS system for collections - Ensuring stock is replenished and reordered timeously - Continually advance your product knowledge and that of other employees - Understanding and implementing all policies, procedures and quality standards - Ensuring regular discussions are held with the relevant staff to promote good workflows (daily if necessary) and bring any problems to management’s attention - Make sure you are a role model for staff by providing excellent customer service and support to the business; and any other tasks necessary for the conduct of the employer's business, as the employer may from time to time direct Should you wish to apply please email your CV through to Erin Bentz at erinprofilepersonnel.co.za Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
