An well-established apartment building located in the Helderberg area is seeking an experienced Building Caretaker to oversee the day-to-day management and operations their medium-sized residential property. Oversee day to day operations including staff Provide quotes for maintenance issues Oversee the Maintenance and repair companies work Oversee Building's security teams and systems. Assisting with security compliance Liaison with Tenants and assisting with queries Managing petty cash Manage staff Salaries and Leave Work out shifts for Security, Cleaning and Maintenance staff Building compliance, making sure the property is meeting the safety requirements. Assist with admin (Building or personal) Experience within a similar position will be highly desirable Computer literacy Good communication skills Strong Admin skills Ability to work in a team as well individual Salary: R12 – R15k p/month dependant on skills and experience
