Business Administrator - Southern Suburbs (CT) Market Related - Cape Town Region

In this role you'll be responsible for providing efficient general business and project administrative support to Nexus Employment Professionals client's management team allowing them to focus on managing projects and supporting stakeholders. You should be effective at planning and monitoring your work, be good at resolving conflicts and be able to work well under pressure. This position is EE Team Administration Provide day-to-day administrative support to the management team. When required, set up team meetings, record meeting minutes and allocate actions. Support the monitoring, evaluation, impact and learning lead to monitor progress on projects. Assist with project travel arrangements as and when required. You may also be required to undertake other assignments from time to time, depending on the needs of the project. General office management. Business & Project Administration Schedule and manage regular meetings, develop clear agendas, record and distribute minutes (e.g. assigned tasks and next steps). Break work packages down into doable tasks and set timeframes and goals. Create, update and maintain action trackers, follow up on tasks. Create and update workflows. Conduct risk analyses. Maintain relevant project data. Oversee the upkeep of project documents to ensure they're fit for use. Create and manage datarooms and data flow. Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders. Team Administration Provide day-to-day administrative support to the management team. Essential Suitable tertiary qualification At least 3 years of experience, ideally within an energy, utility, industrial company or similar industry. Proficient user of MS Office (particularly Excel). Experience in using project management software (MS Projects or similar). Practical experience of working in a matrix- or project-based environment. Desirable Knowledge of best practices and industry standards for project management. Experience in using MS Teams and Sharepoint. Knowledge of renewable project development, implementation and/or operation. TBD Apply Now
