Requirements: Must have previous experience in Business / Systems Analysis and Quality Assurance Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing Experience in analysing data to draw business-relevant conclusions Experience in data visualisation techniques and tools Experience in Business process document generation Must be deadline driven Must be detailed oriented Must be able to facilitate workshops KPAs: Quality assurance of process developments and changed processes. Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements Own and develop relationship with business stakeholders Help design, document, and maintain system processes Liaise, work with, and provide information to all levels of stakeholders Re-engineer existing processes to facilitate improvements within the business.
