Our client, a phenomenal leader who aims to continue to support small businesses by offering a range of financial and non-financial support mechanisms. is now hiring for the role of Business Analyst. The overall objectives of the business analyst is to gather, review and analyse current and proposed data across business operations. They will also review·financial statements, KPls and other key metrics, and proposed options for improvement. Business analysts will assess the overall effectiveness of processes within the business and its departments to devise solutions to problems. They will also play a key support role to the project manager across broader projects in line with the business strategy. Qualification Requirements Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), preferably in C management, or economics Key responsibilities Improve, execute, and effectively communicate significant analyses that identify meaningful trends and opportunities across the business Participate in meetings regularly with managers to assess issues and to identify and implement improvements for more-efficient operations Provide strong, timely financial and business analytics for decisions by partners and organizational stakeholders Develop actionable roadmaps for improving workflows and processes and establish and organize KPls in line with global directives Identify and communicate with key stakeholders Liaise between various business departments and groups Assess options for process improvement, including business process modelling Maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes and operations
