Business Analyst – Intermediate Qualification: ● Grade 12 ● Business Analysis qualification ● Short term insurance sales, administration process and operations ● Personal lines ● 3 years Business Analysis experience ● Insurance domain knowledge – CL, Claims, Finance, Experience working on the guidewire platform ● Communication (Verbal & Written) ● Interpersonal skills ● Ability to work in a high pressure environment Brief description of the work context in terms of work content, team dynamics and challenges ● Provide 3rd line incident support to business ● Accountability of own tasks – ability to self manage ● Work in a collaborative agile team ● Ensure requirements are implemented correctly ● Liaise with business stakeholders to obtain sign-off of changes (Fix New features) ● Collaborate with training and change management to ensure smooth transition into production ● Compile release notes of change for production in support of business readiness. ● Provide test requirements to testers ● Incident support: Problem analysis, Business Analysis ● Stakeholder engagement ● Quality assurance and testing The post Business Analyst appeared first on freerecruit.co.za .
