A leading Financial Services client requires a Business Analyst to join their dynamic team and be responsible for reducing and preventing any business risks associated with the use of systems and to manage and facilitate the resolution of system issues. Identify, analyse, and define business requirements received Make recommendations for the enhancement or replacement of existing applications Document and articulate business requirements to development- and testing teams Sign off User Acceptance Testing and Business Readiness Testing. Assist with production enquiries Matric / Grade 12 Degree / Diploma in Business / System Analysis or similar qualification Min 4 years Business Analyst experience gained in the Financial Services Industry Experience in implementing new technology, digitization, automation etc. Agile experience Knowledge of PPO, JIRA, Confluence and SAFe Agile methodology Financial services compliance legislation/regulations (incl. FAIS, TCF, PPI etc.) Salary Market Related
