We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with specialized knowledge in transport systems to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in telematics, monitoring systems, route compliance, Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), and tracking technologies. They will play a pivotal role in analyzing business needs, identifying opportunities for improvement, and driving the implementation of innovative solutions within the transport sector. Role Purpose: Perform business analysis tasks with a focus on understanding and optimizing transport systems. Translate business requirements into technical specifications for software solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to transport systems, including telematics and Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS). Conduct in-depth analysis of transport data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Evaluate existing transport systems and processes to identify opportunities for optimization. Develop business cases and proposals for transport system initiatives, outlining benefits, costs, and risks. Work closely with IT teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Support the implementation of transport system projects, including testing and training activities. Monitor and evaluate the performance of transport systems, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards. Provide ongoing support and analysis to optimize the use of transport systems. Experience & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role, preferably in the transport or logistics industry. Strong background in transport systems, including telematics, monitoring systems, route compliance, ITS, and tracking technologies, is highly advantageous. Skills & Competencies: Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
