Role Overview: As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between their business objectives and technology solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders across various departments to understand business processes, identify areas for improvement, and design efficient systems and workflows. Responsibilities: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for new systems or enhancements to existing systems. Conduct feasibility studies and impact analyses to assess the potential benefits and risks of proposed solutions. Develop detailed documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and system workflows. Work with IT teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure successful implementation. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and support end-users during the implementation phase. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for business systems, including investigating and resolving issues promptly. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to recommend innovative solutions and process improvements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field. 3 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in the insurance industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar. Experience with Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Knowledge of insurance industry standards, regulations, and processes is a plus.
