Responsibilities: Collect and analyze business requirements from stakeholders. Interpret data, analyze results, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement. Collaborate with teams across the organization to drive data-driven initiatives. Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business analysis. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or related field. Proven experience in data analysis and interpretation. Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
