Purpose of the Job: Join a fast-growing financial services powerhouse as an Intermediate Business Analyst. You'll gather and document business requirements, create BRDs, and perform analyses to drive development and operational excellence. You'll collaborate with stakeholders, validate requirements, and ensure top-notch documentation. Tools include SQL, Jira, and Power BI. Key Responsibilities: Capture and document business needs Conduct in-depth analyses Collaborate with stakeholders Maintain accurate documentation Propose and design solutions Communicate requirements and secure approvals Address conflicting opinions and prioritize effectively Key Performance Areas: Engage stakeholders and estimate analysis efforts Align, document, and analyze requirements Ensure requirements meet quality standards Validate solutions and assist with testing Interface between business and tech teams, resolve production issues 3-year tertiary qualification in a relevant field; Business Analysis diploma 3-5 years in a similar role; financial services, contact centers, or debt collection experience is a plus Expertise in business analysis, SQL, Jira, and Power BI Experience with Scrum Strong problem-solving, detail-oriented, proactive, and innovative
