Meet with management and staff to identify, define, and document business requirements, operational procedures, issues, input/output needs, and system access levels
Serve as a bridge between end-users and the IT team to analyze, design, configure, test, and maintain systems for optimal performance
Evaluate the practicality of new systems and enhancements, and develop requirements to ensure that the system design aligns with user needs
Keep track of and thoroughly document functional and business specifications, and create detailed, universally understood procedures for permanent records and training purposes
Skills & Experience:Degree B Eng (Industrial)
Diploma in Business Analysis (advantageous)
Diploma or experience in software development (advantageous)
Minimum 4+ years experience in business analysis, process analysis
Advanced excel skills, other MS Office experience (specifically Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
SQL experience advantageous
FMCG experience advantageous
Experience with analysis and design of business reports advantageous
Dynamics NAV / Business Central experience advantageous
