Our Client in the Office Automation industry has a vacancy for a Business Analyst at their Head Office based in Pinetown, Durban and JHB. This role will suit an energetic individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who is proactive, loves to multi-task and has strong administration skills. The individual must also have strong attention to detail. The incumbent will work with various business units and clients identifying, analysing, and documenting business requirements and putting forward recommendations on how internal, and external clients' processes can be improved, re-designed, digitized, automated, or managed. Must have knowledge of business processes, workflow, and digital transformation. Plan, design, develop, and launch business systems. Gather and analyse data for business cases and projects. Map, analyse, and document business processes with stakeholders and technical teams. Oversee implementation of technical business projects. Support system incidents and user queries. Recommend operational efficiency improvements. Build and deploy business solutions. Identify and implement process enhancements. Interface between business clients and development team. Participate in industry seminars and workshops. Develop specifications for business information services. Manage incidents, bug fixes, and change requests. Compile and document business requirements and functional specifications. Perform system testing (UAT) and implement changes. Define business requirements with operations staff. Identify opportunities for simplification and automation. Conduct research and analysis to assist clients. Coordinate with IT developers on deliverables. Build and maintain client relationships. Provide training on new functionality. Conduct post-implementation reviews. Run specialized projects. Maintain SOPs and quality standards. Automate processes and workflow. Develop and maintain BIC report. Manage SAGE Evolution and Laserfiche Matric Certificate. A diploma / bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Finance, Economics, Information Technology, or a related discipline 1-2 years relevant experience PC Literate (Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook are essential. Experience working on Pastel Evolution would be advantageous). Strong Microsoft skills required. Driver's license and own reliable transport. Negotiable Group Life Benefits
