A well-established financial institute based in Sandton is seeking an available immediately Senior Business Analyst to join their tem on a long term contract, starting as soon as possible.A well-established company based in Cape Town is seeking a SAP Business Analyst to join their tem on a long term contract. Business Analyst Business requirements gathering and documentation through scoping workshops, interviews and other methods. Business process re-engineering where applicable, documentation of the AS IS and TO BE business processes and providing an associated business impact analysis in order to compile and deliver a comprehensive Solution Blueprint / Design document according the City's standards. Knowledge transfer to other employees on the project. Provide business process support throughout the projects lifespan, which includes the testing of processes, development and delivery of training and training material, as well as end-user support in general. Analysis and Solution Definition: Documents the relevant business processes and requirements. Assists in the collection and consolidation of required information and data. Project Execution: Understands project plans and is able to clearly articulate roles, project goals, and timelines. Takes input from Project Manager and/or relevant Stream Lead and appropriately and accurately applies comments/feedback. Adheres to project & document standards defined by PMO. Accurately employs the company methodology and documentation tools. Proactively carries out project support and or administrative functions. Establishes responsible deadlines and personal work plans and manages time effectively. 5-8 years Business Analyst experience ITIL Certified SDLC or other methodology BCom in Business or Process Analalytics
