Your will role will be to collaborate with the CTO, Internal stakeholders technical consultants and clients on architectural decisions. Role & Responsibilities Involvement in analysing requirements, mapping processes, and developing functional design documentation Testing new features and development add ons Supporting business processes Collaborating with stakeholders on project requirements Skills & Qualifications 5 years in D365 CRM/Customer Engagement. Strong business process analysis, requirement gathering, functional documentation skills Sales, Customer Service and Marketing module experience Worked on full scale implementations from pilot to go live. Confident communication skills - experienced with stakeholders at a enterprise level.
