As a Business Analyst , you will bridge the gap between different business functions, using data to assess processes, determine requirements, and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize operations and ensure competitiveness. You'll focus on analyzing data and finding solutions to business problems. A passion for business solutions, modern software practices, and teamwork is essential. You'll manage the delivery of features across various departments for all products and services. Analyse data, write reports, and optimize processes. Work with stakeholders to understand and document requirements. Ensure all requirements are understood before each sprint and address any gaps. Participate in sprint planning and validate acceptance criteria. Conduct manual testing for new features and provide feedback. Review business processes and develop optimization strategies. Stay updated on process and IT advancements to improve systems. Conduct meetings and presentations to share findings. Document and communicate results effectively. Gather information from stakeholders and produce reports. Log and resolve defects efficiently. Ensure platform quality before each release. Contribute to test process improvements. Manage features from development to implementation. Oversee system development and maintenance. Evaluate and improve business processes. Manage user acceptance testing for new deployments. Handle compliance for coupon, partner, and voucher processes. Improve existing platform processes. Act as a liaison between Randgo, clients, and technical providers. Manage reporting activities using tools like Google Analytics. Document all systems. Collaborate on projects, develop plans, and monitor performance. Prioritize initiatives based on business needs. Improve audience engagement and conversions. Transform data into operational and marketing insights. Research competitors and market opportunities. Brainstorm ideas to enhance business approaches. Develop technology, product, and business solutions. Report on changes and market trends. Analyse customer data to understand their journey on the platform, including browsing habits, cart abandonment, and purchase behavior. Find problems and areas for improvement in the customer journey and suggest ways to enhance the online shopping experience. Work with the UX/UI teams to improve website navigation, product search, and checkout processes. Collaborate with the marketing team to recommend A/B testing and analysis to optimize website design, product placement, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns. Analyse user experience metrics, such as click-through rates, bounce rates, and time on site, to find areas for improvement and increase conversion rates. Work with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns based on customer segments and behaviour analysis. Monitor and analyse competitor rewards, loyalty and ecommerce strategies, pricing, and promotions. Identify industry trends and best practices to stay ahead of competitors and recommend strategies to enhance our ecommerce offerings. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders like marketing, sales, and product teams to drive ecommerce growth and revenue. Collaborate with various teams to develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve customer acquisition, retention, engagement and loyalty. Stay updated on new ecommerce and loyalty technologies, tools, and industry trends to continuously improve. Bachelor's degree in business management, IT, marketing, or data science Minimum of 5 years in business analysis, product delivery/maintenance, and project management, including Agile projects in digital economy and e-commerce 1-2 years of experience in rewards and loyalty Strong Excel skills for data frameworks, pivots, and summaries Understanding of web-analytic tools like Google Analytics Knowledge of e-commerce terminology and measures Highly organized, analytical, and technically minded Excellent report writing and presentation skills Ability to align data insights with end-user needs Professional, punctual, and goal-driven Team player with great communication skills Attention to detail and results-driven R30 000 - R40 000 neg Apply Now
