Business Assistant Aesthetics Our client is seeking a Business Assistant in the Aesthetics Industry to join their team of medical professionals. Main Responsibilities: -Assist the Business Manager in the day to day running of operations. -Translating product strategy into detailed requirements and communicate with Marketing Team -Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact. -Assist in the coordination of product launches. -Administrate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed and pulled through. -Approval of Artwork/or Design Updates. -Manage, Facilitate, and communicate a strategy for short-dated stock holding. -Manage the Product Complaints process within our Quality Management System. -Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis. -Track the marketing and training budget. -Serve as a single point of contact for all Representative needs. -Manage and facilitate all workshops/events. -Assist the Business Manager, Product Manager and Regional Manager in all aspects of planning, leading, and organizing employee product learning programs and supporting collateral. Qualifications, Requirements, and skills -Qualified Somatologist. -Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration or proven working experience within brand or product marketing management. -Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle. -Problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done. -The ability to analyse relevant information and make informed decisions. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills. -Flexibility and resourcefulness to manage changing business requirements, projects, and resources, adapting accordingly and positively. -Ability to implement strategies, monitor progress, and make necessary adjustments to achieve objectives.
