Who will love this job A hybrid - you excel when you can choose your work style - remote, in-office, or a combination of both A strategist - you have a consulting mindset that allows others to contribute and work toward a shared vision A collaborator - you love to work on projects that have functional workflows A producer - you're comfortable quickly switching context and adapting An empath - you know how to connect and communicate with different audiences worldwide What you'll do You will report to the Regional Director of Solution Delivery to contribute towards the use of product and industry knowledge to assist customers in solving business problems, and transforming their operational and business processes You will gather technical requirements and perform technical gap analyses Assist customers in refining and communicating customer requirements for enhancements and issue resolution You will partner with the customer to obtain customer reference data and track the completeness of customer reference data, following-up with the relevant party to ensure the pending reference data is received You will support data migration You will tracks business processes, documents important requirements, details, and solutions and communicates status to internal and client teams You will resolve ref data escalation issues with the relevant parties You should have Research shows that candidates from underrepresented backgrounds often don't apply for roles if they don't meet all the criteria - unlike majority candidates meeting fewer requirements.
