Business Development and Talent Acquisition Specialist - Cape Town Region

As a privately owned consulting and staffing solutions company, we are assisting our clients by deploying professional consultants as contractors at their premises and/or finding them permanent executive/professional resources; locally and abroad. The company, located in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town, is subdivided into three business streams, namely Consulting, Placements and Outsourcing. Due to expansion, we are in search of an experienced Business Development and Talent Acquisition specialist to grow our international market and talent pool. The position includes the full 360 Client Engagement and Recruitment - screening and sourcing suitable candidates matching client's needs, initial interviewing, and building your candidate database. International Lead generation experience (clients and IT resources) Identifying business opportunities (clients requiring IT contractors – all competencies) Build a meaningful pipeline and candidate database per competency Solid track record of converting prospects into customers Global market research – geography / industries Assisting and developing sales strategies Relationship building with clients Excellent communications skills (fluent in English and being a conversationalist) Strong negotiation skills and being an assertive / persuasive individual Strong ability to network via email and phone Strong business acumen and time management skills Post jobs on professional websites and participate in candidate sourcing efforts Screening of resumes Conduct initial phone screens , calls and interviews Conduct references on candidates Manage calendars for all hiring teams and candidates Communicate with candidates promptly and support them with the interview process Send out all bulk email (e.g. confirming receipt of applications, rejection emails) and handle paperwork (e.g. offer letters) Network and build rapport with future candidates Promote positive candidate and client experience throughout the hiring process Qualifications: Proven track record in full-cycle recruiting Minimum of 5 Years experience in similar position Strong sourcing skills and the ability to identify top talent. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field. Basic and commission structure Apply Now
