MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS BComm degree or equivalent Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills Grade 12 or equivalent Minimum 5 years’ experience in Sales in the Professional Service Industry MS Office proficiency Own transport Valid driver’s license DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Analysing data collected, report writing and making actionable recommendations for continuous improvement Develop, maintain and grow talent databases in line with clients’ requirements with Recruitment Specialists Enforce and maintain correct company policies and procedures for all TES staff General duties as requested by management from time to time HR/IR Management of all TES employees with assistance from IR Manager Implementing new processes and procedures to maintain agility and efficiency Maintain, manage and have a good understanding of all administration requirements, company policies and technological resources New business development according to prescribed targets On-going client relationship management of all accounts (Key Accounts) Planning, implementation and management of the recruitment process throughout the client journey and life cycle Preparing presentations, quotes, contracts, SLA’s, SOP’s, PLA’s and any other contract specific document for management approval Project planning and management in collaboration with clients Strategic planning and implementation of customised client service delivery models GENERAL The above mentioned duties reflect the position’s essential functions but does not contain all of the tasks that will be assigned.
