Computer literate. Strong people and interpersonal engagement. Probing and analytical approach. Strong client-allied approach. Excellent oral, written and presentation communication. Own vehicle essential. In depth understanding of ICT products. Responsibilities: Research and identify new business opportunities including new markets, growth areas, trends. Achieve and/or exceed set financial targets. Drive Business Development Managers to become specialists to assist with cross selling into client base. Responsible for performance management of the Business Development Managers team nationally. Manage all Business Development Managers opportunities. Driving sales holistically in team and assist the team with closing deals. Setting goals for the business development team and developing strategies to meet those goals. Generate leads and cold call prospective clients. Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle. Reporting on weekly client engagements for self and team. Foster and develop relationships with clients. Understand the needs of clients and be able to respond effectively to meet these requirements. Preparation of quotes and proposals. Ensure proposals are managed in terms of accuracy and completed within SLA.
