Reference: CPT000349-LO-1Our client in the youth empowerment environment has a vacancy for an energetic and driven Business Development Manager to join their team in Gauteng.The BD Stream Manager is responsible for researching, developing a pipeline strategy, and pursuing new business. The successful candidate will work on new business proposals and presentations that represents the company’s value proposition and product. Responsibilities: Researching, developing, and building a pipeline strategy Pursuing new business Managers for growth. Managing, develop and grow the business development stream and coordinating new business generation activities. Manage business development activities, including the identification and cultivation of potential corporate clients, market research, marketing visits, presentations, attendance at workshops, delivering and maintaining a presence in the market. Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities Analysing data and using to create sales and renewals strategies and helping the business understand sales related data. Building business relationships with current and potential clients Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related fields. A master’s degree is advantageous. 8 – 10 years working experience in a similar role Must possess a strong provable record in sales.
