Requirements: B Degree in Science or Chemical engineering Strong water treatment experience required- approx. 15 years Ideal candidate must be an all-rounder in water treatment Duties: Identifying Opportunities: Proactively seeking out new business opportunities and potential markets to expand the company's reach and revenue streams Market Analysis: Conducting thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential competitors, and using this information to develop strategic plans Relationship Building: Building and nurturing relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders to foster collaboration and facilitate business growth Sales Strategy Development: Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets and maximize sales opportunities Lead Generation: Generating leads through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and digital marketing, and converting them into potential business opportunities Proposal Development: Creating compelling proposals, tenders and presentations to pitch products or services to potential clients and partners Negotiation and Closing: Negotiating terms, contracts, and agreements with clients and partners, and effectively closing deals to secure new business opportunities Strategic Partnerships: Identifying and establishing strategic partnerships and alliances with other companies or organizations to leverage complementary resources and capabilities Performance Monitoring: Tracking and analysing key performance metrics and sales data to evaluate the effectiveness of business development efforts and make informed decisions Continuous Learning: Staying updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to remain competitive and adapt business strategies accordingly Team Collaboration: Collaborating with cross-functional teams and operations to align business development efforts with overall company objectives If you have not heard from us within 3 months of applying, please consider your application unsuccessful.
