Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's products, services, and solutions
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies
Translate technical features into customer-relevant benefits
Collaborate closely with the sales team to create customized solutions for clients
Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and technical documentation
Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to highlight value propositions
Maintain a thorough understanding of the companys products and technologies
Work with engineering teams to address technical inquiries and resolve issues
Collect market intelligence and customer feedback to identify new opportunities
Analyze sales data and trends to forecast demand and adjust strategies accordingly
Provide insights for product development and enhancement based on customer feedback
Continuously improve your technical knowledge and sales skills through training and self-study
Skills & Experience: At least five years of experience in a technical sales role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong sales acumen with exceptional customer interaction skills
High technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain complex concepts
Excellent listening and communication skills
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends
English as well as Afrikaans speaking (Afrikaans beneficial)
Own vehicle
Qualification:Matric
