Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the company's client base within the IT sector.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at prospective client organizations.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, client needs, and competitive insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored staffing solutions that meet the unique requirements of clients.
  • Lead negotiations and contract discussions with clients, ensuring favourable terms and conditions for both parties.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
  • Stay abreast of industry developments, best practices, and market dynamics to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Subhujo Technologies, representing our values and capabilities to clients and partners.
