National Temporary Employment Services company requires a Business Development Consultant to market the company, to source and secure new business Secure new business to fill the major sales objective pipeline for the region/branch Increase the branch/region's sales and profits through new business generation Correspond with clients on all levels (telephonically, face to face, boardroom level, teams etc.) Ensure that the operational hand over is done correctly, so that contract workers and clients' needs are met. Via the remarks section on the back of the movement slip. Ensure that the client's contractual requirements are met and that the administration (paperwork) is correctly completed and submitted to all concerned parties (client, ops and admin) Develop and maintain strong customer relations with current & prospect clients Complete daily activity reports on Magnitude Report on market trends and opposition activity Ensure brand dominance and increase market share growth in your allocated area / industry Prepare quotations & ensure quotations are delivered to clients within 12 to 24 hours of receipt of request and negotiate accordingly via the assistance of your sales GM/BM Ensure credit applications, movement slips, order confirmations & terms are completed and signed by client and handed in to the sales coordinator to complete the vetting process and open the account prior to placing staff on site. (Meryl will guide you through this process) Ensure that the client is aware of Company procedures to ensure timeous payment of workers and our invoices (timesheet deadlines – confirm with operations team) Check invoices for correct charge rates and correct client details (when necessary) Liaise with Debtors Department in terms of outstanding monies / account queries and following up with client to ensure payment is received (when necessary) Attend sales meetings as and when required Achieve monthly and year to date new business targets as set by the Compan Matric - Grade 12 TES experience would be an advantage Field sales/ external sales experience a must, preferably within the service industry - minimum of 5 years Proven sales track record Traceable references Valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle (Essential) Ability to communicate effectively with clients at all levels Market related basic Commission Business petrol Cellphone / Laptop Provident Fund Medical Aid - 50 % Company contribution after one year of service.
