New Business Developer - Midrand Long term Insurance/Finance Wellness experience- minimum of 5 years Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or relevant role Sound experience in Sales with a strong presence in the finance wellness sector Experience in sales (face to face), marketing or related field Proven track record on Business development and relationships Solid experience in financial services with a customer proposition and marketing focus Responsibilities Build long terms relationships with key stakeholders and identifying new markets and worksites. The duties include identifying and qualifying leads, pitch our products to potential clients and building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and stakeholders. To develop an effective sales strategy with accurate sales measurements and timelines to ensure the achievement of all key performance objectives effecting profitability Use previous business development and solution selling experience to grow our customer base Attend industry networking events and face to face potential customer meetings Create tailor made proposals based on the customer specific requirements Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs Drive strategic implementation of the market development capability in our company. This includes building and maintaining relationships that assist with the attraction of new business and retention of existing business in our company Provide data driven input into sales and marketing plans that underpin our company development strategy to develop deeper and broader customer relationships that generate sustainable business growth. Give input into devising and implementing market development strategy as well as designing financial services propositions that mee customer needs. Developing business development strategy focused on the financial gain for our company Skills Driving business unit efficiency and target achievement Manage partnerships and communication Strategic and Operational Call Centre Control and reporting Budgeting, expense management and audit R70 000 to R100 000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
