BUSINESS FINANCE - SUPPLY CHAIN & CORP. OFFICE REPORTS TO: CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER LOCATION: CENTURION POSITION PURPOSE Drive business value through commercial knowledge, insights and understanding of the impact of decisions Manage and report on total cost to serve across the corporate centre and supply chain management Key Finance support to CFO, corporate office Chiefs and CPO QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s Degree (Hon) (CA) SA Qualification (NQF level 8)/CIMA MBA/MBL will be an advantage 8-10 years experience of which at least 5 years in a senior management position POSITION OUTPUTS Translates broad strategies across the company vendors into specific objectives, metrics, and action plans. Considers alternative scenarios and applies judgment to help drive great decisions & better performance Drive value through commercial knowledge, insights and understanding of the impact of decisions on the company Oversee cost control and transfer pricing strategies Develop and embed the cost allocation model and methodology across the company Performs comprehensive analyses that distills key points and clearly articulates “what the numbers are saying Obtain desired commercial outcomes, using a variety of influencing strategies, tactics and negotiations on key business issues Ensure the implementation and monitoring of compliance with accounting principles, laws, industry and company standards and policies
