We seek a passionate and results-driven Business Growth Lead to join ATG in our Cquential team and spearhead our sales efforts. As the key driver of our new business growth strategy, you will be entrusted with assessing market trends and competitors, identifying opportunities, creating new business relationships, building and working a full pipeline, advising on expansion opportunities and market penetration strategies for Cquential. This role provides the opportunity to work with a market leader in warehouse management software. The Business Growth Lead will be representing a company that is not only a leader in its field but also deeply invested in the success of its clients and the growth of the industry. Responsibilities include Prospect, identify, and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and research. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders internally and within target organizations. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of our software solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition and implementation of solutions for clients. Hold responsibility for the effective onboarding of new clients Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring terms are favourable for both the client and the company. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition. Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management. Research competitors and target markets to: assist marketing activities and recommend improvements to existing products or services based on market research findings. Your skills and experience include Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred). Proven track record of minimum 4 years of IT solutions sales experience Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs A strong track record in meeting business targets Knowledge Excellent business acumen Has in-depth commercial and technical expertise, often in a variety of environments Proven track record of success in B2B sales, particularly in selling software solutions Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Self-motivated with a drive for continuous learning and improvement Experience with CRM software (e.g., Bitrix) is a plus Good knowledge of system/warehouse industry best practice and standards Skills and Abilities Strong strategic ability to direct business growth strategies in a wide range of applications Exceptional commercial skills Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention Outstanding time management skills Ability to influence and collaborate with other Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and presentation Excellent analytical and problem solving skills Ability to successfully utilize formal documentation tools (google workspace, flowcharts, project management, MS Apps: Word, Excel) Personal Attributes Self-motivated hunter Passion for innovation and product development Good business judgment Customer/Relationship-Oriented Good communicator High stress tolerance Driven and Dedicated Strong influencer Good listener Strong attention to detail Disciplined and strong planning ability Can be flexible / adaptable Knowledgeable Incumbent to be result driven Apply Now
