Reference: JHB002465-TR-1We are recruiting for Business Intelligence Developer. Design and develop Datawarehouse dimensions and facts.Analyze data warehouse design and recommend improvements to benefit BI efforts.Ensures integrity of database architecture and data repositories, deployment of data to the data warehouse (ETL) run smoothly.Build Interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g. Power BI) to facilitate data-driven decision-making.Plan, coordinate and supervise all activities related to the design, development and implementation of organization’s reporting and analytics Drive a business intelligence roadmap, prioritize analysis request to balance tactical and strategic information needs Lead the development and execution of the organization’s BI strategy by ensuring implementation of BI projectsCreate visually compelling data visualizations that effectively communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.Develop and maintain data models to support reporting and analysis needs.Participation on organizational AI efforts Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and ensure BI solutions align with organizational goals.Communicate findings and insights in a clear and understandable manner to stakeholders at various levels.Provide end-user support and encourage user adoption. Act as Tier 1 support for end-users of BI tools. Train end-users on basic functionality. Direct users to training material and available resources.Collaborate with cross-funtional teams to design and develop information management capabilities Manage a team of BI analysts, BI developers and data analystsStay abreast of industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and analytics.Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency.Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security by implementing and adhering to data governance policies and procedures.Work closely with IT and other relevant teams to address data quality issues.Assist with policies and procedures for the collection and analysis of data.
