Business Intelligence Head - Johannesburg
Our public health client is looking for an experienced BI to be appointed as the Head of BI, to be based in Johannesburg. Responsible for strategy and policy development of BI Drafting and implementing organisation reports Stakeholder engagement Leading BI architecture Data analysis Responsible for project roll-outs Leading technical teams Drive legal and operational compliance Keep abreast of health challenges in S.A. Must have: Matric Masters' degree: Information Science / Computer Science / Information Systems / Public Health / Administration No less than 10 years' working experience within health environment, no less than 5 years' data science experience as a Manager. If you have experience of working at a Laboratory, it will a plus. Willing to travel Project management skills Leadership skills Must have dealt with health related data Must have had exposure to big data handling / analysis Be solutions driven Analytical Data modelling skills Must have knowledge of data warehouses Must have GIS knowledge Data mining skills Must have knowledge of programming knowledge Report writing skills Must have experience in policy development, M&E Creative Innovative Excellent English communication - written and verbal Budgeting skills Great track record
