We are looking for a talented BI Manager to further develop the data management culture across the organization departments. You are striving to implement a data management culture for strategic business information: Development of the business intelligence (BI) team: as a business intelligence manager, you carry out the vision of Sodexo Belgium and develop the BI team into a reference. In this you fulfil both a strategic, coordinating role and an operational and technical role. As "trusted advisor" for strategic business intelligence you ensure an optimal, intensive and broad use of business intelligence within the organization and you take all the stakeholders along in order to meet the needs. Cross-disciplinary role: Your role includes both front and back office, in collaboration with a multifunctional team (general management, finance department, supply department, human resources, food & FM platform, QHSE, IS&T, operational sites ). You report to the CFO and a dotted line to the CIO. Together you collect, analyze, interpret and visualize management information. You are close to the departments and discuss with them which KPI are important (quality, personnel, finance, etc.) in order to create dashboards that can be used for active management. You define the Data strategy for Sodexo Belgium: Identify the current data management community, across all departments, by mapping the current data assets, identifying the "builders" and the "users". What data is used today to make facts based decisions, determine rationalization in existing reports. Manage, drive and deploy our Strategic Data Initiative and 5 year's plan (based on recent maturity assessment on data & data culture) to become a data driven organization cross department. Identify within the Strategic Initiative the use cases, prioritizing of subprojects, alignment with global guidelines and portfolio of project Align with Data Governance, Platforms, Segments and IS&T on required key capabilities and prerequisites to be implemented to deliver impact at scale. Develop a cross-disciplinary common language, by establishing common definitions, taxonomy, data insights. Put theory into practice by taking the first steps in already existing initiatives, BI Finance, BI Supply. By onboarding into the new BI team to be built, expand and roll out. Drive and coordinate the technical access of datapoints together with local and global IT/Data teams. Profiel You are an enthusiastic and result-oriented bridge builder: You have a Master's degree and 5 years relevant experience in data analysis and data warehouse management. Service-minded is important. Experience in food / facility management is a plus (or you want to acquire it). Ideally you have experience with management reporting tools, and affinity with IT and ERP systems. You work fluently with applications and know how to filter data in order to obtain the desired results. You have developed the technical IT skills and insights to access, organize and structure data into data warehouses, and are passionate about IT You are a born organizer, results-oriented yet flexible, pragmatic, eager to learn and hands-on. Partly because of this, you make an impact and turn planning into practice. You are a good listener who thinks creatively with the questions of internal customers. You know how to give people direction and how to motivate them. Your colleagues appreciate you for your helicopter view and analytical insight. Thanks to your diplomatic, advisory style, you can easily find an agreement with all stakeholders. You can easily talk and write in Dutch, French and English.
