Hiring: Business Management Administrator & Controller (Randburg)
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Business Management Systems (BMS) Administration and Control
o The company quality management representative
o Document Administration & Control throughout the Project Management life cycle including Tender Support
o Review and planning of internal audits
o Internal and external communication on quality matters
• Office Management Assistance
o Reception, Staff Travel & Accommodation arrangements
o Internal Staff Support (IT, staff briefing minutes etc.)
o Office Safety System administration & control (Setting up meetings, minute taking, PPE, Action log follow up, policies)
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• Tertiary office management qualification (M+3) • Management of the Quality Management Systems (QMS) experience, ISO 9001 • Document Control and Office Administration experience • Skilled in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
