Business Project Document Controller - Claremont

Reference: CPT003345-Del-1A new, permanent opportunity is available for a business project document controller to develop and document all business processes within our clients existing organization. Our client, in a fast-growing industry is needing your expertise to detail, document and manage all aspects of project management as well as asset management. REQUIREMENTS Matric Bachelor’s Degree or related qualification in the fields of quality management systems, risk management, business analysis, or similar At least 2-5 years combined years of experience in Project documents control, management system and process development and implementation in an ISO-certified environment (ISO 9001:2015 and/or ISO 55001:2014 preferred) Proven experience working with, the life cycle of all documents on a project from start to finish and architectural structure of the Document Management System Software (DMS) flow process. Experience in EPC/Operation project documents control (advantageous) Microsoft office suite, and a generally high degree of computer literacy Ability to train the stakeholders on document management system, processes, and procedure Demonstrate understanding in document mapping between Procedures and Project needs DUTIES Projects Documents control and administration of the company Asset Management System by making use of intranet and Asset Management Digital Platform Manage externally shared Data Rooms Follow up progress and deliverables on the TTO (Technical Take Over) package Prepare and update Document Control procedures in a timely manner Internal audits of the company Management System in terms of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 55001, in consultation with the IMS Manager. Facilitate the incorporation of the AMS into the IMS under the guidance of the IMS Manager. Identify opportunities for improvement to enhance efficiency and continually improve on the AMS and broader IMS Assist in the drafting of new procedures and revising existing procedures. Assisting with project internal audits, site due diligence and general assurance, including site visits across South Africa, and Africa more broadly, to ensure ongoing compliance Development and maintenance of corporate and project record registers. Training and coaching of colleagues on system requirements and benefits. All the above shall be in consultation with, Head of Asset Management and the IMS Manager.
