Closing on: Mar 25, 2024 Objective: Our client seeks to recruit a Business Sales Manager to advance their company’s presence within the industry and achieve regional sales objectives. The primary goal is to enhance visibility and offer robust support to elevate sales among Business Customers and partners while maintaining channel costs within budgetary constraints. The ideal candidate will be tasked with cultivating and maintaining strong relationships, while also serving as an ambassador for the company’s business interests and image. Qualification and Experience A relevant B Degree or equivalent qualification will be advantage. 5 years sales and marketing experience 3 years sales manager experience in target driven environment Effective people management skills and must have experience in managing a team of at least 6 sales consultants. A high level of business acumen and analytical skills Strong presentation skills to partners and customers A strong personality with a passion for sales and people Strong leadership abilities, using a style congruent with the company values. Maturity and experience in sales management to be effective across multiple channels. Hood networking abilities, experience in the motor or fleet industry would be advantageous. KPI Driving sales in the region from Business customer and partners, with a focus on new business. Managing and motivating the entire sales team to achieve individual and regional sales targets. General management of all policies, processes and systems relating to sales at regional level, such as activity levels, customer or management commissions, fuel and vehicle usage. Manage the administration of contracts regional level. Manage the regional sales and financial budget for the business channel. Manage the regional sales reporting mechanism for input into overall region and company, through accuracy weekly monthly and ad Hoc reporting. Assisting the head of regional in increasing company market penetration Attend industry, company, customer and partner meeting and events.
