Job Description To work with a team of analysts to gather requirements, analyse data, and create detailed plans for how projects should be implemented Asses, analyse and optimise end-to end business processes that are signed off by the business Document business process requirements through research, interviews or facilitation sessions Assess current business processes, procedures and business rules in conjunction with business partners Provide subject matter expertise and thought leadership Participate in planned activities that are appropriate for own and employee development Design and implement new or cutting-edge systems, solutions and processes and initiate innovations and changes aligned to business strategy Set tactical goals and optimise the use of the people, finances and technologies to achieve business objectives Anticipate and meet the needs of clients and commit to continuous development and entrenchment of a customer service culture Manage expenditure planning and reporting within approved budget parameters for business area Job Details Application Closing Date 03/03/24 All appointments will be made in line with FirstRand Group’s Employment Equity plan.
