Job Details Supervise daily activities of all office staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet performance expectations and achieve goals. Plan, organize, and manage office administrative activities such as scheduling appointments, filing, recordkeeping, and inventory control. Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement. Develop and manage office budget in collaboration with office accountant, including monitoring expenditures, creating financial reports, and making recommendations for cost-saving measures. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including internet, software and computer systems utilization policies, safety, and security protocols. Manage office communication, including correspondence, email, and phone calls, responding in a timely manner. Coordinate office events, such as meetings, seminars, and conferences. Collaborative assessment of governance, strategy, IT organization and people processes of the organization. Monitor and approve program expenditures. Audit and approve log sheets for procurement of office supplies, data and petrol utilization for Accountant’s fund approval. Create, modify, or improve documents with approval from the CEO. Review and prepare budgets, revenue, and expenses with the office team. Develop and implement office policies and procedures, including maintaining a workplace that is conducive to employee productivity, motivation, and satisfaction. Represent the organization at official meetings and engagements. Project a good and professional organization image. Perform other duties as assigned by management. R 15000 per month plus benefits.
