Pork Slaughter Positions: Applicants must specify which roles they are experienced with, such as stabbing, opening carcasses, removing intestines, and drilling. Pork Cutters: We need to know if candidates can disassemble a half pork into pieces using a band saw and knife. Pork Deboners: Candidates should indicate which pork parts they are skilled at deboning, such as ham, middle, or shoulder. Pork Trimmers: Applicants must confirm their ability to trim pork and their familiarity with the technical terms of meat parts. Beef-Veal Slaughter Positions: Candidates are required to detail their experience with specific roles on the production line. Beef-Veal Deboners: Applicants should specify which parts of veal they are capable of deboning. Beef-Veal Trimmers: Candidates need to demonstrate their ability to trim beef-veal and knowledge of the technical meat parts. We are seeking to hire 50 to 100 experienced butchers for one-year contracts, working between 36 and 45 hours per week. Work Locations: Apeldoorn for beef-veal and Tilburg for pork. We provide shared accommodation (two persons per room, up to six individuals per house), equipped with WiFi. Employees receive weekly payments with the possibility of an advance during the first month. Subsequent payments are made every four weeks. Transportation to work is facilitated by company-provided cars, or an allowance is given to employees using their own vehicles. Employees receive daily fresh work clothes at the workplace. Necessary tools such as gloves, steel aprons, and knives are provided by the company if employees do not own them, with a repayment plan set up for these expenses. Experienced Butchers Only The compensation is between 15 to 15 euros per hour, which amounts to approximately 75 euros per day.
